Considering renewing all pipe work from the firewall to carburettor and to mechanical fuel pump (Jodel 1050,0 -200). What’s best option. Rigid & flexible, or all flexible?
Also want to include a firesleve. Any links to suppliers and instalation photos appreciated.

I did my Emeraude C90 with all copper 8mm with a short flexi between the frame & pump. LAS for fittings, copper pipe, plumbing shop?? Clamps I machined up from aluminium. Never been a problem since. The original went over the top & was prone to vapour lock, so I re-routed it.

Strangely I also re-did my emeraude. Hard piping for the majority with flexibles between the hard piping on the engine and firewall. Fittings were a fiddle but the end result is still in place more than 10 years on (although I no longer own it!). At that time swaged pipes were the best way forward (and probably still are) but a lot more fittings are now available for push on piping.

Recently I've used partsforaircraft for bits and pieces and been impressed by the service, otherwise LAS.
