Aerovee AeroInjector experience?

Post by Neil Spooner » Sun Nov 29, 2020 9:08 am

Hi,
I am looking for a replacement aerobatic carb' for the Ellison TBI to use on VW aero converted engines. The only source I can find is the AeroInjector by Aerovee ( http://www.aeroconversions.com/products/aerocarb/ ).......this unit needs a fuel pressure regulator. Rotec make their version of the Ellison, but I have had only bad experiences with them so will not fit one.
Does anyone fly one of these AeroInjectors or have any experience of them please....good or bad ! and any installation notes/photos.
Thank you in advance.

Did you end up fitting an Aeroinjector? I am fitting one at present and would appreciate any feedback or tips you or anyone else may have.
Thanks

This is interesting,
I'm currently looking at Rotec TBI or an Aeroinjector.
What were the issues with the Rotec ?
Any luck with the Aerovee jobby ?

Skelly.
