Does anyone know how far in advance of the permit renewal date I can do the annual inspection and maintenance and where this is referenced? Probably an old topic but I have searched this bulletin board and the web site without success.
Thanks, Alan.

Hi Alan, I don't know where it is written down but you can renew your Permit up to a month early, but retain your original renewal date i.e you get a renewal date from when the old Permit would have expired, so a maximum 13 months is available if you renew the full month early.

Also worth noting. If you complete the permit more than a month in advance, you are issued a permit fot thirteen months from the date of signing (i.e you get a max of one months credit from your unexpired permit)
