Permit renewal - impressive Service

A vote of thanks to engineering here. Our permit renewal request was received by engineering on Tuesday. Renewal arrived in my post box this morning (Thursday)

Me Too.
Fantastic service guys. Mine done a week or so before Christmas. New to the permit game so I was a bit of a mess getting organised. Inspector... Dave Allan (Short notice). Flight test... Dave Hardaker (Same Thing). Posted Monday Afternoon.....Rang engineering Friday. They had just got the permit and Malcolm did all the diddly bits and signed it off within the hour. I promise to do better next time.

I posted my paper work on Wednesday the new permit was returned in the post on Friday. I dont think that sort of service can be beaten.

Received by mid morning Friday 12th June.
