I have some sheets of polycarbonate which I think is 1.5mm tinted made by GE and is fitted to all shadow microlight, it came from the shadow factory when they packed up.

If you get in touch with the importers of the X'Air, they will put you right on the correct material. It looks to be the same thickness as fitted to my Sluka. "Lexan" seems to ring a bell.
