How strong is that T tail which I think is attached by a single bolt either side? I believe it is similar to the MCR01 tail.

In the rest of the world (excluding the UK) there are two types of MCR01 bracket in general use (excluding the non-standard “repair bracket”). The original bracket, which was fitted to the aircraft up to about kit number 125 (from memory), and the later bracket which standardised the aircraft with the MCR4S. Out of the 620 ish flying (MCR’s in total) only one tail has ever failed, and this had the “repair bracket” fitted. I have a significant amount of info on all this tucked away so if you want more let me know and I will dig it out.

I have flown in the back of an MCR4s and it is an amazing aircraft.
