We have a Reddish stall warning on our RV-9A. Can anyone advise which way way we should bend the tab to increase the speed at which it triggers?

If there are no instructions provided, contacting Nigel Reddish may be the best bet for a definitive answer.
However, thinking about how they work, I would assume bending up will increase the trigger speed.
Cheers
