Brian,

Seeing as ordinary engine start prop swinging is a learnable & necessary acquired art. His arm waving doing two tasks simultaneously looks like a bad demo with starter powered prop. thrashing around close to the man's LHS !
Let alone his suggestion of a powered 'better' alternative.
No mention of safety except for ignition off with the unhooked plug leads, and that's mostly to preserve the electronics from unrequited pulse voltages !
Nothing about one's stance, what sort of surface you're standing on etc.

BTW I caught the ACF mention for external Ali protection, but didn't hear what he sprayed into the carbs. ?
Hand turning though for me !

Good points re safety and clearly when doing anything like this you must use a siezeable dollop of commonsense. No doubt Rotax dealers will recommend appropriate preservative oils to use.
