1/8" 7x19 Galvanised control cable

I need 70 feet of 1/8" galvanised cable and am aware this is available from LAS and Aircraft Spruce. Shipping costs from the USA are similar to the value of the cable ( & reflected in LAS price, of course ).

Does anyone know if there is an acceptable alternative supplier in the UK? Seems pointless to import from the USA if we make and sell the stuff here. I will need more for aileron circuits in due course.

Is there aircraft specification cable, or can you just use, for example:

(I'm assuming 3mm is close enough to 1/8" for your purposes!)
