Am not sure what they are needed for - am assuming its fairings and not structural. Have you considered rolling your own from aluminium? If you have access to a lathe then making rolls should not be difficult. Here's a link to someone who has done it which may provide ideas:

If it's for fairings have you considered hot wire cut closed cell foam with a glass/epoxy covering? Am sure that you could get one of the model plane foam-wing makers to cut the foam.
