Try TW metals of Southampton http://www.twmetals.com/
I found they were the only supplier to responded to my emails for homebuild quantities.
They do both sheet and extrusions in both types but to be honest it is cheaper to get the extrusions from Wicks in the US.
LAS also do sheet, but max size 6' by 4'
I assume by flange, you mean a form of extrusion?

Mick If you get the extrusions from Wicks (or ACS for that matter) make sure you get the shipping costs at the time you order as they can be expensive.

Best of luck

Also don,t forget about import duty and VAT if getting it from the states  that needs adding to the cost ,Aircraft spruce have an outlet in germany also -which carry the larger sheet sizes ie 12 x4 -8 x4 etc Go compare !! as they say !!

cheers paul

And just to add ... if you are looking for small quantities (eg.a single 6x4 sheet or less) one of the regular home-build aero suppliers is probably your best option.

If you are looking for a whole plane's worth, I would try All Metal Services in B'ham ... roughly 1/4 of the cost if you are buying multiple full sheets ... eg a 12x4 of .020 2024-T3 Alclad is around £90. I would not recommend you bother them if your order is under say 4 or 5 4x12 sheets, as they are "trade" rather than retail, but if you are doing a whole planes worth, it may save you a small fortune.

I have an order waiting for a whole CH750's worth .. just waiting on the LAA to give the final nod now ...

Why is the LAA holding up your order? I've never had this issue.

Just waiting for my project pack to be signed off ... apparently no one has been dumb enough to build a Zenair CH750 from plans before, so it is quite understandable that it will take a little longer to review etc before being sent out.
