ID of old engine?
Does anyone have any ideas what this engine is? An acquaintance was asking me if I could find out.
Cheers
Rob.

It's a McCulloch 2-stroke.
Used on target drones, so were designed for a short but merry life.
I have a friend who had one on his autogyro. Plenty of power but noisy.

Turns out it is the similar Nelson H-44 from the mid 1940's. 25hp+.

How about a helium filled SSDR, anyone?
