replacement KR2 (VW) exhaust

Hi all,

does anybody have a recommendation for where to get a KR exhaust made this side of the pond?

Today I took my old exhaust to Zorstec in Shipley, they offered to make me one using the old one as a pattern, they even have a dune buggy sat exhaustless in their shop, so they have a good template.

The big problem is they want to make it out of 38mm diam 1.5mm stainless tube, I calculated the weight at more than 15kg

what size/thickness is normally used.

u must have made one by now but i think i have some tubes bends etc
