Dual brake circuit diagram

Can anyone help with a simple diagram indication the pipe connections to get the total of 4 berringer brake cylinders which are mounted on the toe brakes of both P1 & P2 sides to talk to one another and give the desired effects from either seat ? I have all the bits - just need a clear diagram of what feeds what.....
