Rotax Alternator / Battery protection

Post by 2greens1red » Sun Jan 05, 2014 12:42 pm

We'd appreciate thoughts/comments on CB protection for alternator/battery on our Rotax 912 ULS (for Eurofox) - it doesn't appear to be a common fit from our initial research.

One build, about a year ahead of us, incorporated 25A CB protection on their panel, for both battery and alternator.

Sorry for the delay in responding- I only just spotted this. Both the Europa and the Alpi Pioneer use 25 or 30 amp CBs/fuses for battery and alternator feeds for the Rotax engine.

Many thanks, Brian - we've now fitted the same.
