I was planning to fit Leburg electronic ignition to my Turbulent, but there seems to be a problem with the supply of the control units. Does anyone have experience of any alternative systems?

Thank you. I did contact Skycraft and they then told me about the supply problem. They said they did not know when they would be able to resolve this as it was proving difficult to find someone prepared to produce the units in relatively small quantities.

That was the major problem when David (Mickleburgh) sadly passed away and his son Henry failed to find a reliable manufacturer of the units.

The days of "garden shed" manufacturing have all but gone and with it a lot of skills and knowledge, mores the pity.

Good luck with your search for an alternative.

Want to buy a couple of unused Lucas B90 rebuilt SR4 mags?

You could try Simple Digital Systems. They have a system for the VW engine.

I don't have any experience of there products. They recently posted on a forum that they now have LAA approval. The post indicated that there system was on the Titan T51 with the Suzuki engine.

All the best. Ian
