Recommendations for canopy moulding

Has anyone any recommendations for someone who can mould new canopies in the UK? My canopy was off my aircraft whilst I repaired a couple of cracks in it. Unfortunately someone knocked it off the shelving today, smashing the canopy into a number of pieces.

The aircraft is a Mitchell-Proctor Kittiwake and there is only one other in existence, as far as I know - cannibalising from another aircraft is therefore not an option. The canopy is rather large and has a compound curvature.

Many thanks,

Hayden.

Hi. Hayden.

There was an advert on AFORS a while back for a new UK canopy maker.

There was no web page just a name and email address.

From Feb. RansMail :

Trevor Wilcock' pictures Emeraude with a new windscreen and canopy, made on moulds which were produced from his original (and hardly crack-free!) components by Gary Siddall. A similar set is being made for another. The cost for the moulds and two sets of components was significantly less than parts
from French sources, and the results are excellent. Gary's contact details are on the LAA website at
