More Turbulent help please

Hello, can anyone help us with the position of where the lower elevator control cable comes out the underside of the wing centre section to connect to the stick. This panel had been replaced before we got the aeroplane and the hole never transferred and we cant seem to find its position marked on any of the drawings we have. help please
