Firewall cover

On my aircraft I have a sheet of foil covered asbestos (or asbestos-like) material in the cabin that covers the firewall. It looks like it needs to be replaced but wondered what is most appropriate to use.
What do kit builders use?

Van's Aircraft specify thin stainless steel.

Our Vagabond has nothing, but with the big freeze coming up, we may be glad of the extra heat through the firewall.

Tony, Sounds like a product called Fiberfrax. I bought a length from Aircraft Spruce about 20 years ago for my firewall. Not sure if they still sell it. The product is still available from the manufacturer. See this site
