Any one know of a good company where I can get a small piece of aluminium precision cut for an avionics sub panel ?

John,

I found a small engineering company in my area (Hampshire) to make a bespoke tool (peg spanner) I needed.
I expect something similar exists in your area?

I've tried a couple of firms locally. But they cannot be bothered as it's too small.

I had Aircraft Data Plate and Instrument Bezels created/cut by small Comapny in USA.
A guy called George Race ran it. It seems he has sold it on and retired so try here as this is who he recommends. http://www.mykitairplane.com/products/index.htm

You send a .DXF if you can but I'm sure if you had sketch with measurements it could be drawn and outputted as .DXF for CNC Machine.

Regards
Gerry

I have a well enough equipped workshop if you haven't fixed the job yet. Sorry I'm in Scotland. How big is "small"?

Many thanks Trevor,

But I managed to get it done at a local engineering college as a project for one of the apprentices.
