Shadow tailplane bush mod and sleeve replacement

I'm about to replace the tailplane bushes with the Crosbie plastic bush mod kit

Any CFM Shadow builders/owners out there replaced the T119 and T120 port tailplane alloy sleeves ?
know where to purchase replacements?
got a good source for the raw material to make them from scratch
I believe the material spec is as below, if you know better please let me know

17 gauge 6082 T6 extruded aluminium alloy tube (apparently 17g is hard to come by)
At 1-1/8 and 1-1/4 OD
(I'm not clever, someone told me this on the shadow FB page)
