LAA approved designs

Post by Giotto » Thu Sep 27, 2018 1:54 pm

Hello, I have been asked the question of how many new designs (not previously approved by other airworthiness authorities) have been approved by the LAA over the years... and I couldn't answer that.
Does anyone have the answer? Better even if a split between single and two seaters was known...
I guess the number might have come up on an article on the association's magazine at some point.
Thanks for any help

The list of LAA-approved designs is here:
http://www.lightaircraftassociation.co. ... 20List.pdf

But don't know how many of these were "not previously approved by other airworthiness authorities"...

(I'm sure this list used to be split into single- and two-seaters, but may have been dreaming this...)
