Beagle Terrier dual toe brake conversion

Hi everyone.

I have a technical question and hopefully some of you may have a workable answer for me.

The question is...
How much grief is it to remove the heel brakes from the P1 side of a Beagle A61 Terrier and retro fit a new set of pedals with dual toe brakes ?
Is there an approved scheme for this mod already ?
Or some drawings ?

Any help would be mega.
