Which mod appication do I use?

I wish to improve the filtration on my 0-200 which is fitted in a Piel Super Emeraude.
The mod is the fitment of a Model TAF-L oil filter adapter approved for the 0-200 ref STC SE7565SW Rev.3 which involves fitment of a spin on Tempest AA48108-2 and the removal of the existing gauze screen. Many similar mods appear in the list of mods shown in TL 3.17 (prototype mods).
My question is which mod app applies?
Should it be -
1) STC Mod app
2) Trivial Change
3)Standard Mod
4) Repeat Mod
5) Prototype (normal) mod

Ron,

My guess would be an "STC Mod" form, but best to e-mail LAA Engineering to check....
