I got a copy of "Landing Gear Design for Light Aircraft" by Pazmany from Aircraft Spruce. To legally avoid paying VAT and import duty, don't order anything else in the same shipment (except other books) and request that they put books or printed matter in the description instead of the default 'aircraft parts'.
