As far as I am aware it is Lyndhurst Touchdown Services, they certainly used to support the engine monitors anyway. If they can't help you the company are fine to deal with directly.

If you've had a failure I'd contact the company direct.
My oil temp sensor failed and they sent a new one FOC.
