How did you spend your Bank Holiday?

Post by G-AWMN » Tue Apr 06, 2010 8:53 am

I spent my Bank holiday Monday sitting in the front room rib stitching control surfaces, whilst half watching television. James Stewart in the Charles Lindberg story was my inspiration in particular the scenes where they showed building his plane and the fabric being applied. very appropriate. Made me wonder what other non holiday activities others were getting up to.

And yes I was in the front room sitting on the new carpet and yes my wife was at work.

Build your own.

Barry Plumb has some drawings that detail out the ones built at Hinton in the Hedges
