Hi,
I've searched around but cannot find any notice that the Channel Islands renewed the general exemption for Permit aircraft, which expired on 13 Aug 2010. Can anyone point me to the renewed exemption, or did they not re- issue it? If not, does anyone know the procedure for an individual adhoc exemption?

Found them . . . where I should've looked first time around.
New exemptions 2010/101 are issued for 2 years each and listed on the states of Jersey DCA pages. The new docs are posted halfway down the page in the general aviation - exemptions section. Here are some links :
