Rally - Slot alteration problem

Hi Everyone,

I won't be able to take my a/c to the rally as it is not ready to fly (only a few weeks to go!), so I want to use another a/c.

I have tried to change my slot via the website but the system treats changing the reg as a new booking, can anyone suggest a way forward?

I have had the same issue. I followed the instructions in the slot confirmation email to change my plane as the planed a/c will not be ready and got a message telling me my previous slot time was unavailable. This was not a big problem as I managed to get a revised slot 4 minuits later.

Have you tried telephoning?

Quote from my booking reference email:-

"If you need to change or cancel your booking, you will need the above booking
reference. You can do this either by phoning the tower on 01604 644917 and
quoting your name and reference, or online by visiting this page"

Just a quick aside to this thread; spoke with Jeff Bell today and they already have over 850 aircraft booked!
