I have had the same excellent service every year for the past 14 years. But a word of warning, I posted this years renewal application last Monday, phoned up engineering on Friday to be told that it hadn't arrived. Grounded by the post office then. The LAA seems to be providing the First Class service that the post office can't. Good news is that a quick call to Engineering this morning reveals the they now have the paperwork so things can move on once more.

Another great service from LAA. Permit renewal paperwork in the post Monday 4PM. New Certificate of Validity back 9AM today.
