I see that the 2012 accounts are available for download from the website. However, these are incomplete in that they omit pages 9-14 despite the accounts plainly saying that they form part of the financial statements.
What chance do we have of these being updated prior to the AGM so that we, the members, can form a full and complete picture of the financial status of our association.

Hi Bob. Traditionally we have only ever posted an abbreviated set of accounts on the website, sufficient for most members as it provides a reasonable explanation of the general health of the overall financial operation of the Association. However, we have also always asked that should members require a full set of accounts then they can ask the office for them.
That is the case again this year, although unfortunately that comment was omitted from the posting, please accept our apologies for the oversight. It has now been included, so if you require a full set of accounts please email the office, with you membership details, and they will be emailed to you.
