I am having a day doing paperwork so will re- read it again. As you are aware I am not trying to offend anyone, especially our volunteers......... but I do feel that some need assistance in seeing that there is a problem.
If they are not listening to you, and the various contributors to this thread and the board has not acted to improve the situation then more member pressure needs to be brought in.

Well, I guess everyone thought I had let this topic die a death but the truth is I have been too busy to get the letter to th magazine sorted. I will be busy for a few more weeks scuba diving in the Red Sea........ but when I get back I will get this into the magazine.
