I am planning on flying into the rally on Saturday, myself and a non LAA member.
As I see it, I need to book my arrival slot which is £11.55, I need to pay for my entrance ticket £20.00 and my passenger (non member) needs to have his entry ticket which is £25.00, so £56.55 to visit the rally. Am I calculating this correctly as it seems extortionate. Thanks

Re: LAA Rally entry fees
I’m going for the weekend, will camp by the plane, £30 for me. Actually will likely go early and do a bit of odd jobbing on the set up, it’s nice to see it all falling into place.
I don’t really mind what it costs as any profit from the weekend will stay in the LAA coffers.
It costs a lot of money to put the event on and it’s all weather dependant and could be, as it has in the past, be a wash out. In that case likely it could be a loss.
Though I suppose if you are just comparing it with a day out somewhere else it might seem a lot. Though it’s a pretty unique event.
If you are flying your permit plane in you will be benefiting, like we all do, of the savings we make over the Certified system, those savings could go towards your ticket….
£30 for a special day out?
See you there I hope!
Regards Clive
