If I was building an aircraft I think I would invest in a set of these. Cheap enough for a club to invest in a set.

That looks a good find. My friend has just bought two, so I will report back on how it went..

I've had those same scales in the past; they were even cheaper at that time. Checked with bags of cement they seemed accurate enough.
You'll get a few weighings off them, then they conk out. Yer gets what yer pays for!

They are ok for a couple of weighings, but make sure you have them regularly calibrated or have a set of test weights to check them against as both the "weigher" and the inspector are signing off the results as correct. ?
