Well yes I guess the way is now clear from the BMAA side but the LAA still has its own litigation to clear away.

As I thought was the case before - it can still be sorted regardless of the LAA litigation.

Now that the LAA chairmans beef with going forward has come to an end I look forward to hearing on here that merger discussions are now to re-commence.
