aerobatic planes?

hi,
me and a group of friends we are looking into extreme aerobatic airplane: we know that the extra 300 fly with a CofA. the other options are:

1- sbach 342
2- MX2
3- zivko 540

I looked into their websites but I can't undestrand if they have a CofA or a permit to fly.
