The quote I read said
"For non-complex and poorly supported Annex II aircraft, we are working with stakeholders to make it as easy as possible to move aircraft from a national CofA to a national Permit to Fly. We have enabled several operators to take advantage of the choice of operating under either a national CofA or Permit".
I wonder if they'll consider the GY80 a non-complex type.

It probably qualifies as non-complex but the GY80 is not on a National CofA but an EASA one.
