Can you help find these aircraft?

Post by Dragcurve » Thu Feb 14, 2008 2:52 pm

Both of these aircraft are part converted Slingsby T31's (Kirby Cadet Mk111)

No.1 apart from these photos we have no other information.

Sorry tried to post images here but didn't work. link above shows four views of the front section.

No.2 a 'John from Essex' who was very much into Microlights bought BGA 967 serial No SSK/FF1961 from a Mr Wakem in the 1980's.

Many thanks.

Also, just out of interest, where is, or what happened to G-BDUX a T31 originally converted by the late Eddie Pearson ?
Last seen at Crosland Moor " a while ago".

Dave,

As taken from Dragcurve's (where did you think that name up?  ) website ....

G-BDUX. Observed by D Limbert (G-BCYH) in rotting trailer in a rotten condition and, in his opinion, in an unrecoverable condition. 1987ish.

Ivan, I also a reference to it being at the Cranfield Institute in a trailer.
