ELA CS-SLA

Looking at an article on FK aircraft it talks about the ELA1 and CS SLA being signed late summer 08 and implemented in the UK in 09.

Does this me in the UK in 09 it will be possible to buy the FK 14

What about other factory builds that are currently able to be bought and flown on the continent like the Sportcruiser ( which has been awaiting approval for is it over two years now?) or Tecnam sierra

Under the new regulations are they flown under similar maintenance regimes to the current permit to fly?

Further to above can I buy this and fly it in the UK, if so under what regulations at present. Will I be able to fly it under the new ELA1 regs when they are adopted?
