After much deliberation we (myself and colleague) are looking to establish an owners club for the type.
We have found about 50 or so of these lovely old aircraft registered in the UK and there is no type club to support us this side of the pond.
We have been restoring and flying these types for nearly fifteen years and having amassed considerable experience and would like to share it.
Whilst the US associations are pretty good at what they are doing for the marque we have no exchange in the UK for information, spares, sales or events. We hope to change this.
A letter will be circulating to all registerd owners shortly, but in the meantime if you are interested let me know so we can gauge the reaction.
A dedicated address now exists on ; [email protected]
Thanks

Why restrict yourself to the 120/140: by creating a Classic Cessna Club you can include the Cessna Airmaster and some early straight tail 150s which LAA members now cherish and the odd 180, 170 and 185. All of you have a common heritage and fly aircraft that are now older than the Tiger Moths at the early PFA rallies.
