Can anyone point me in the direction of previous postings on here ref being able to fly in France on a nppl please.( or provide information).

hi John, the long and the short of it was that though there seems to be a number of anecdotal tales that people have received permission to fly SEA NPPL in France, nobody actually knows anybody who has received permission. A number have been refused. Some discussion is going on at the moment between LAA/head of DGAC so there may yet be a positive outcome.

As Brian says, rumours of individual approvals abound but I cannot find anyone who actually possses one - please let me know if you have any better luck.

I think Bill Knott got permission to fly his RV-6A through France & Spain to Portugal a couple of years ago.
