I've read on the BMAA forum you can load aviation maps onto the Garmin Nuvi and that Garmin offer these maps free online. Has anyone see the results before I spend any cash?

I went to http://ukgarminairmap.wikispaces.com/latestfiles and loaded the files to my little Etrex legend no less. It's given me all the air stuff I need for no money at all! I wanted a slight upgrade to it as I do actualy have a chart!
After a bit of button pushing I manged to hide all the extraneous ground detail and get exactly what I needed. Gotta decide what to have for Christmas now as I'm not buying an aviation gps!
