My first long distance trip was to Brimpton and then a short hope over to popham for fuel, Its was difficult landing due to irratic wind directions, but set it down with some relef, the poor chap and his passanger behind me wasn't so lucky. Haad a very heavy impact ballooned bounced 2 or 3 more times on the nose wheel and finally went inverted coursing some major damage to the Cessena.
Thankfully only one minor injury.
Even seeing it all unfold it seemed to be in slow motion.. very scary.
Sorry to Popham for forgetting to sign the cheque, just a bit shock up.
