Due to fermentation of certain foods you can get some alcohol in your blood; these are very very small amounts and afar from the minimum level of 20mg/100ml.
You need more than one Stella the night before to get you over the limit the next day.
A pint of Stella is about 2.5 units; your body clears about a unit per hour.
