RSA National fly-in
Ive heard from a couple of sources, that the RSA are no longer holding their fly-in at St. Yan July 7-10, but are currently looking for a new venue and possibly new date. Rumour has it that there will be an announcement in a couple of weeks.
To confuse matters further, it seems that St. Yan airfield are going ahead with some kind of fly-in and exhibition/airshow at St. Yan on the original dates!
If anyone finds out any more, pls let us all know!

In French but easy enough to suss the bits you need to know if you are flying in.
We now plan to leave Friday morning and arrive Blois pm via Abbeville. Leaving Sunday morning for a few days' touring.

Weather permitting we'll be there and the biplane lads from Maypole are already off, via C.I. intending to get there eventually. So that's another five aircraft, potentially.

is the English version, sorry, I never can remember how to make that a single word link, but the French version is better, with airfield plan.
I couldn't make the link posted earlier work, so in case it's not just me:

Inspired by my good friend Alan, I made it to Blois and stayed a couple of days to enjoy the sunshine and hospitality.
Spent a day at Oradour-sur-Glane; very surreal
