Morning all, can anyone tell me if written permission is required in order to fly into Portugal and of course Spain, In a permit aircraft. Any and all advice would be welcome.

When I went in 2009 I got a response back from Spain, you will be given a date or range of dates depending on what you ask for. Make sure you allow for weather delays etc. I never got anything back from from Portugal so I took copies of the email and fax requests and went.
