Regarding the LAA's response to 8.33K radio frequencies etc., John Brady said:
"So Eurocontrol say they can ignore the Parliament when drafting European Law. No wonder mere citizens don't stand a chance. We are presently looking at how we can best let the European Parliament know that their functionaries have decided to ignore them."
Is this really the case? That is, can Eurocontrol ignore European Parliament law/directives/guidelines?
