I must congratulate the engineering team and in particular the young lady that assisted me on the phone! The turn around time was amazing! THANKS!

p.s. I used to be under the BMAA.....not quite as fast.

Fiona and Maxine do a great job but Malcolm supports them by bringing them regular cups of tea and he should have some credit too. :D

I have only ever found the LAA services to be superb too. Permit certificates arriving almost by return, succinct and accurate advice over the phone (have only ever actually spoken to AD and FD and they have both given very sound advice), a magazine that is now on par with the news stand 'big names', a rally we can be proud of, and to top it all, what appears to be a refreshing renewed support for the Association by its members.

I can't fault any of it in any way. 8)

I posted my permit renewal application from Enniskillen on a Monday afternoon and by breakfast the following Thursday morning I was examining my new permit.Well done LAA.A second renewal was dealt with just as efficiently a few weeks later.Perhaps we should ask the LAA management team to manage the Euro!

Asked the wife to send my application for next day delivery. Was sent recorded rather than next day and so tracked it for five days last week from post on Monday 19th December! to only delivered on Friday 23rd
BUT, Just when I was resigned to no flying over the Christmas break, there it was on the door mat on Saturday morning.
Brilliant and amazing.
Massive thanks to the team at Turweston. happy Christmas and an excellent new year to you all.
