MGL Avionics Duel Range Fuel Flow Sender

Post by GrahamBurley » Sat Apr 28, 2012 10:20 pm

I want to fit an MGL Avionics Duel range fuel flow sender in my 582 SkyRanger. This is a simple fit as I already have an MGL EFIS monitoring other engine parameters plus providing flight instruments.
The BMAA tech office have asked me if there are any aircraft already flying with one of these senders.
If you are and you are able to tell me your registration, modification reference and MAAN/minor mod, then it would make my BMAA approval process a lot easier..
Can you help?

When I did this a few years ago LLA eng insisted I fitted a FLOSCAN. Nothing else was allowed. Works well with my MGL Enigma but you will need to tweak the K factor over time to get it spot on.

I would ask paul Sistern www.partsforaircraft.co.uk
He is the UK agent, I believe, and very helpful. I'm sure he could help find examples for you.
