Restrictions Outlook from June 1st 2012

As you can imagine, with the Olympics airspace, there's a lot of 'outlook' on restrictions - so much so that the usual one pdf is split into two. Obviously AICs and NOTAMs are the official way of checking these things, but this is quite an interesting advance heads-up on what is going on where.
